We process your personal data in order to carry out the necessary handling of your inquiry.
We also process the data to achieve efficient and rational case management and to keep track of the cases that WorkdPlays has handled.
The processing of your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you have provided us with sensitive information, this is processed in accordance with Article 9(2)(f) of the GDPR.
If you have provided information about criminal matters, our processing is based on Sections 8(1) and 8(2)(3) of the Danish Data Protection Act.

4. Recipients of your personal data
If you have filed a complaint regarding the processing of personal data, your inquiry will be sent to the data controller when we request a statement.
If the data controller has not yet taken a position on your inquiry, we may, instead of requesting a statement, choose to forward your inquiry directly to the data controller so that they have the opportunity to consider it before you decide whether we should be involved in the case again.
Your personal data may also be disclosed if it is otherwise necessary for the processing of the case. This could include other public authorities, including other European supervisory authorities, or similar bodies that need to contribute to clarifying the case. When your personal data is shared with other European supervisory authorities, this is done through the EU Commission’s IT system called IMI. WorkdPlays also receives personal data from other European authorities via IMI.
WorkdPlays regularly publishes selected statements and decisions on our website, which may be pseudonymized. This means that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific individual without additional information known only to WorkdPlays. Decisions in cases where other European supervisory authorities have also been involved will also be published on the European Data Protection Board’s website in pseudonymized form.
Publication on the WorkdPlays or Data Protection Board website may therefore involve your personal data being handled by our external website service providers and/or the Data Protection Board. WorkdPlays will inform you and the other parties involved in the case before publishing a statement or decision.
If we receive a request for access to the case in which your personal data is included, we are normally required to disclose the information unless it is confidential.
5. Storage of your information
WorkdPlays does not store any information about you in our systems.

For this purpose, archival purposes are considered important public interests.
